Come for the day!

If you are interested in using our property, give us a call or send us an email to make the arrangements. Permission must be granted ahead of time, payment and paperwork can be handled upon arrival. We have groomed trails through the woods, a 40 x 80 meter outdoor arena, and three permanent Hazards.

  1. You must be accompanied by someone:
    • Someone riding in your cart/carriage with you if you are driving
    • Another rider if you are riding
    • Someone accompanying you if you are ground driving
  2. Helmet or hard-hat worn by each person riding or driving
  3. Chapter One Farms Liability waiver, dated for the current year, signed by each person
  4. $20 fee per day for each equine being ridden, driven or schooled

Lay-ups / Rehabilitation

We use a combination of an European style Equine Exerciser, our 200 x 80 indoor arena, and a large flat soft turf field to condition horses of all ages freely and safely.

14 x 16 stalls available with 24/7 stall rest. NJ certified race track certified for off-farm racing.
